No. We bring the "luxury hotel" finish to you. Your Angel arrives fully equipped with industrial-grade chemicals, fresh cloths, and all the equipment needed to make your home sparkle. You just sit back and relax.
Direct Debit (Free)
This is the easiest "set it and forget it" option. While it is automated to save you the admin, this is not a fixed subscription. A charge is only ever requested after each clean has been completed. We initiate the transfer 72 hours after your clean, giving you total peace of mind while removing the chore of manual payments from your to-do list.
Manual Bank Transfer (£5.00 admin fee)
If you prefer to manage your payments manually, we will email your invoice 72 hours after your clean is completed. These are due on receipt. Because manual payments require individual office time to track and reconcile, they carry a £5.00 processing fee per visit.
Cash Payments (£5.00 admin fee)
If you’d really like to pay cash, please place it inside a sealed plastic bag provided and hand it to your Angel when they arrive. Like bank transfers, these carry a £5.00 manual processing fee. Please note our Angels do not carry change for safety, so any extra will be credited to your next visit!
Yes absolutely! Life happens. We’ve got your back. Unlike many other services, you can reschedule or cancel any visit whenever you need to, free of cancellation charges. If you could let us know as early as possible, we’d truly appreciate it.
We can certainly help you tackle the mountain! Our Angels can iron your household linens (e.g. duvet covers and pillowcases) to give your bedroom that crisp, fresh feel. Please note, though, that we don’t offer ironing for items of clothing.

Yes. We know how important it is to have the same friendly face so you don't have to repeat instructions every time. While we occasionally have to send a substitute if your regular Angel is away, our goal is to give you a dedicated person you can truly rely on.
We’ve all been there! Tidying up before the help arrives... Well, you don't have to and if you’d like your Angel to spend time tidying and sorting as part of your session, just let us know. However, for the best value, most of our customers find that a quick 10-minute declutter before we arrive lets their Angel spend more time on the deep scrubbing and polishing that makes the home truly sparkle!
No problem! Some of our clients provide access via a lockbox at the property. This is the safest way for your Angel to get in while you're out reclaiming your weekend.
If you notice any issues, just let us know within 24 hours. We are fully insured, and we’ll work with you to ensure the item is repaired or replaced where appropriate.
We get life happens. However, to protect our small business and cover the time spent on manual recovery, a fixed £15.00 Late Admin Fee is applied to any account where an invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days.
Switching to Direct Debit is the best way to avoid this entirely. The system handles the admin for you automatically, so you can just relax and enjoy your clean home.
